This change modifies the dockerfiles for following images:

* core-testing-php81
* core-testing-php82
* core-testing-php83
* core-testing-php84

to install apk package `imagemagick` within the image.

Image information gathering is adjusted to add version
of imagemagick to the generated image info json.
