[TASK] Add kudos for splitsh/lite which enpowers the git-splitting

Adding kudos to used splitsh/lite binary, which is used for the splitting work. As this is also a licencing point, I want to have a approval/review of Benni and lolli, thus this merge-request instead of direct committing this to main.
