[TASK] Update randombanners to 1.0.2 to fix js erros if no banner exists

Merged Boris Schauer requested to merge fix-randombanners into develop

This should fix

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'children' of null
    at Object.randombanners.shuffle (randombanners.js?1529489832:10)
    at randombanners.js?1529489832:30
    at randombanners.js?1529489832:49

But please check if randombanners is still working before merge.
