OTRS/Znuny alternative

in #3 (closed), we will replace OTRS with its fork Znuny so the installation is covered security wise
in the long term, we still need to look for a alternative, as Znuny does guarantee security releases for the next two years

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
