[BUGFIX] Allow keyboard usage of file upload dropzone

Olaf Schmidt-Wischhöfer requested to merge tas2020/27-keyboard-usage-in-dropzone into master

Two tags are used for the dropdone zone itself and for the close button. The close button has a label for screen readers via aria-label.
