With Bootstrap 5, <select> fields make use of the class `form-select`. This patch aims to replace every occurrence of `form-control` used with select fields. Since Bootstrap finally brings proper styling for select boxes, the custom implementation rendering chevrons can be removed. In the same run, the `input-$size` classes are migrated to its new class names and some obsolete classes have been removed. With this patch, the header comment of php files is automatically added by the php-cs-fixer, which guarantees that its format and place of occurrence remain the same in all files. Files that are copied over from other projects are excluded. Furthermore, files that are kind of inspired by other projects also get the same header comment but may have a second, additional comment explaining its origin. Back then, the PHPDoc annotation `@cli` was added to indicate Extbase CommandController commands to be usable on CLI only instead of also be usable as a scheduler task. The concept of Extbase Command Controllers has been superseded with symfony/console and its integration into TYPO3 CLI in TYPO3 v8.0, and contains all features necessary to build commands of any kind of complexity. As a matter of documentation, it is however crucial to document how to instantiate Extbase from CLI to migrate easily from Extbase CLI to symfony/console. This cosmetical CGL change just substitutes all declare(strict_types=1); with declare(strict_types = 1); to be in line with the general 'spaces around =' rule. While that is cosmetical, it makes scrutinizer-ci a bit more happy and prevents it from creating auto-patches for these cases. A task may be invalid when editing so there is no instance of AbstractTask in $task. With this patch the SchedulerModuleController no longer tries to add the additionalFields for that as the AdditionalFieldProviders expect a valid task object when being called on edit. Additionally some cleanup in the PHPDoc of AdditionalFieldProviders is made to make it clear the given task may be NULL on create. This commit introduces a task that is similar to the extbase task that can run command controllers via the scheduler. Since TYPO3 8.7 LTS, a lot of command controllers have already been migrated to symfony console commands, which is breaking considering the fact that the command controllers could have been registered as scheduler tasks. Therefore TYPO3 needs a way to dispatch regular console commands via the scheduler. This will be achieved by introducing a new task provided by the scheduler extension which provides a safe migration path for tx_scheduler records.
