The "$BE_USER->groupList" property is a comma-separated list of userGroupUID, whereas "$BE_USER->includeGroupArray" is a list of groups added to the includeGroupArray which contains groups possibly added multiple times due to recursion. This is not needed, and therefore cleaned up, the properties are removed.
