Create Profile page
allow to have a personal profile page
Todos:
- Add a detail view
- Add privacy options
Detailview:
- Show Username
- Show Real Name
- Show Mail Adress
- Show about me (Plaintext field)
- Add Privacy Option to all field a user could edit (show my profile to: Public, Community, Teams)
