Please provide feature to remove current user

Georg Ringer reported an issue

would be nice to implement the "forget me" feature to remove a profile.

"Forget me" means:

1. Delete the user
2. Delete all assets related to the user
3. Remove extension keys without version
4. Transfer extension keys with version to abandoned_extensions
5. Remove all posts in forum
6. Remove the backend user
7. Anonymize the snippets in docs.typo3.org
8. Anonymize all occurences in articles, events and content on typo3.org
9. Remove reply on comments of the user
