[TASK] Include assets from Public in Artifacts
Include
/typo3conf/ext/t3olayout/Resources/Public/Css /typo3conf/ext/t3olayout/Resources/Public/JavaScript /typo3conf/ext/t3olayout/Resources/Public/Images
in Artifacts-Download.
Sync them from stage.typo3.org when DB and fileadmin is collected and provide them in a folder called Public
