Upgrade to TYPO3 v10.4.20

Several topics have been addressed with recent releases, e.g. https://forge.typo3.org/issues/94787

For instance, due to using spamProtectEmailAddresses on typo3.org, currently all email links are not working anymore - a corresponding bug fix in TYPO3 v10.4.20 fixes that misbehavior.
