Add news author automatically as first comment to a news article

As a news author, I want to be involved, in comments to my article.

We use the API of discourse (https://docs.discourse.org) , to achieve this. This process can be started either manually (then we need a kind of button to start it) or automatically (once the news is unhidden / and maybe if the slug changes).

AC:

  • The first author of a news article is added as first comment, once the article is published
  • If the fe_user (LDAP User) does not exist in talk.typo3.org, the user is imported
  • A comment is added to the article: "Do you have feedback to my article? Get in touch with and leave a comment."
