Adjust Gitlab Issue Template Labels

Just as in #424 (closed), the GitLab Issue Template also requires adjustment of the proper group labels to be used. The GitLab issue templates are located in .gitlab/issue-templates in the projects root.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Issues created using GitLab issue templates in the typo3.org repository use the proper group labels
