Make avatar image editable

As a logged-in website user I want to be able to change my avatar image because I want to replace my old image.

Acceptance criteria

• The avatar image can be changed on https://my.typo3.org/my-profile/edit-your-profile/

The Avatar image is shown on the top right after logging in.

Currently it's not possible to edit the avatar image, at least on the mentioned page. Maybe there's another place I'm missing.
