Broken links on certification pages

Due to restructuring in documentation, there are some broken links:

Inside TYPO3: "Access Control" should link to TYPO3 Explained: Access Control
under Recommended Reading: Inside TYPO3 - no longer exists, has been integrated to "TYPO3 Explained"
... possibly more ...

What you could do though - since the certification is for TYPO3 8.7, is to link directly to the 8.7 resources which still exist: "Inside TYPO3" has been migrated to "TYPO3 Explained" for branch 9, but for version 8.7 the texts should still exist, see https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/InsideTypo3Reference/8.7/

I am not sure what you may want to do: If you link directly to the version you have to update it every time you update the certification to the next version, but I assume this must be done anyway. Beware that heavy restructuring has been done and will continue!

On a related note: Documenting TYPO3, teaching and developing syllabus and reading material for certification is very much related. Florian Weiss has already contacted me on Slack. I have not had time to look at the material yet. But I think we should take the time to exchange ideas and work together more on some things, especially with the people currently doing the restructuring as well (mostly Lolli).
