Optimize version information on single view

On the single view of an extension, only the supported LTS versions of the latest extension version are displayed.

Example: https://extensions.typo3.org/extension/usercentrics/

The search display all supported LTS versions: https://extensions.typo3.org/?L=0&id=1&tx_solr%5Bq%5D=usercentrics

Further details

In the case, a user visits the single page directly (e.g. from google search) the user see only v10 LTS as a compatible version, which is wrong, but true for the latest uploaded version.
