Hide the "Extension manual" button if a link to "External manual" exists

What do you suggest?

Hide the "Extension manual" button if external manual exists.

Why?

I more or less maintain an external documentation for my extension and since a recent update, the extension page also displays a button to an auto generated "Extension manual" which only contains my README.md file and as such is useless, since it doesn't contain any documentation.
