404 after TER logout

What was the cause of the issue?

I've logged out from the TER.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://extensions.typo3.org/
2. Log in
3. Go to https://extensions.typo3.org/my-extensions/
4. Log out

Oops, you should not see that page!

Suggestion: redirect to https://extensions.typo3.org/ after logout.
