Getting error while visiting extension 'fluid' from 'Dependencies' list

What was the cause of the issue?

Visiting extension fluid detail page shows error.

Steps to reproduce

When I visit extension pb_social (https://extensions.typo3.org/extension/pb_social/), it shows fluid in "Dependencies" list. As I click on fluid (https://extensions.typo3.org/extension/fluid/) extension from there it shows error. The fluid extension is also shown on extension nitsan_hellobar (https://extensions.typo3.org/extension/nitsan_hellobar/)
