Discontinued "extension not found"

What was the cause of the issue?

The discontinued and insecure(!) extension realurlmanagement appears in the search results but the detail page says "extension not found".

Steps to reproduce

Search the extension via https://extensions.typo3.org/?L=0&id=1&tx_solr%5Bq%5D=realurlmanagement

It gets displayed in the search and also the download button seems to work:

Auswahl_357

Output of error log

The detail page, however, says:

"Extension not found"

Auswahl_358

I think that search results and detail page should be consistent.

Plus, should old releases be downloadable, even when discontinued or insecure (together with a big warning, of course). The reason for that is that TYPO3 CMS instances sometimes need to be upgraded (5+) years later so that it is sometimes necessary to have an upgrade path from LTS to LTS whereas multiple LTS releases might be affected. Just for doing the upgrade, even insecure versions of extensions are helpful. At the end of the procedure, the latest update of the extension hopefully leads to a secure version or opens up a migration path to another extension.
