Add “Install with Composer” tab

Please add a tab to the install section on the detail page of extensions.

“Install extension with Composer“

This section should link to the »TYPO3 Composer« page and suggest a package name.

The script should prefer/recommend packages from Packagist. Only if the package is not on packagist, then suggest »typo3-ter/[package-name]«. Related ticket: https://github.com/TYPO3/CmsComposerPackageGenerator/issues/22

Benefits

• Encourage the use of Composer.
• Easen the search for package names
