Do not expose confidential account requests to public issue tracker (gitlab)

Problem to solve

Issues transmitted via Feedback form can contain confidential data. By showing these issues in our gitlab trackers, confidential information can be exposed.

Proposal

Set all tickets created by feedback form to confidential

Acceptence Criterias

• ticket created via feedback form is confidential in gitlab
• configuration of feedback form is documented
