Integrate a job module

We could create a list of open jobs. That kind of open jobs are positions for people in teams. The idea behind, is to visualize the need of teams, for people who are willing to contribute. Further it could get easier for people to find the right place contribute.

We could provide a list view of open positions, which can be filtered by "team" and "skill" (f.e. php, css, ....)
