Fix empty layer on "edit profile" page

Clicking on the avatar image on the edit profile page results in an empty layer.

The layer should either be removed or show the Logout button as on other pages.

Steps to reproduce

• Login on my.typo3.org in the frontend.
• Go to the "Edit your profile" page.
• Click on the avatar image in the top right.
