Wrong view helper notation lead to it not being rendered.
Additionally flash message enqueue is used with a string instead
of a flash message object, which lead to a PHP fatal error.

* Fix the vh notation
* Use addFlashMessage() to add the flash message
* Make the message translatable

Add an identifier based on timestamp to all language files. This
number must not be changed if a file is moved around. The numbers
are unique throughout the project. From now on, each language file
requires this number.

This change is required for the translation server, see blueprint
for details: http://wiki.typo3.org/Blueprints/TranslationHandling.

* It should be possible to switch to other admin user,
  just not the current user
* The title of the link is reintroduced
* The order is as in previous TYPO3 version,
  switch-back-mode is the 2nd one

This patchset includes a new backend user administration.

Based on extbase a model for BackendUsers is included.
All users can be listed and the listing can be filtered by
* username
* usergroup
* admin/non-admin
* active/inactive
* ever logged in.

The user listing includes the last login column also the
limit of 1.000 users was removed and pagination integrated.

Selected users can be compared in a table view.
All active backend user sessions are listed - can be terminated.

Of course the SU/change user feature was migrated.
Clickmenu was widely integrated to allow editing right away.
