This cosmetical CGL change just substitutes all declare(strict_types=1); with declare(strict_types = 1); to be in line with the general 'spaces around =' rule. While that is cosmetical, it makes scrutinizer-ci a bit more happy and prevents it from creating auto-patches for these cases. The new PSR-7-based solution since TYPO3 v7 should be used everywhere instead of "BackendUtility::getModuleUrl()". This is possible because modules can be addressed via the "route" GET parameter instead of the "M" parameter since a few months. The patch changes all occurrences within TYPO3 Core to use the new API. The button »View webpage« in the list module opens a popup with a link to the current page and an anchor to the selected content element. This behaviour is expected as well while selecting the »Show« option in the context menu of content elements or the »Save and view page« button in edit forms. Both places didn't added the anchor. The TYPO3 Core currently has no guidline how to handle phpdoc comments regarding @return annoations related to "void" and "null". In practice, these annotations have no additional value if no additional documentation is given. With this change, the php-cs-fixer will remove any unnecessary linebreaks within the comments above the @return annotation, as well as remove completely empty phpdoc comments because the @return annotation is removed. Please be aware, that once PSR-5 is accepted, this coding standard within the TYPO3 Core will change again, where there are currently some further proposal details like inheritance information. This change unifies the ClickMenu functionality of the pagetree (ExtJS) with the ClickMenu code given in other areas of the TYPO3 Backend. The following changes are made: * Unify the naming, it's "ContextMenu" not "ClickMenu" anymore * Configuration for record types are unified, the clickmenu shows the same entries in the same order in any place. * ExtJS-based ContextMenu is removed, all based on the new ContextMenu functionality. * A new way for extending the items inside the ContextMenu is handled via ItemProviders, which can easily be extended. * Configuring clickmenu items is not done based on PageTS (as it was handled with the ExtJS pagetree), however certain items can be disabled via PageTS.
