The 'heavy lifting' parts like db init and first frontend call can be quite slow in the 'installer' tests. We raise timeouts to stabilize them. This patch mostly targets v10 since the bootstrap package related tests are currently off in master. The session expiration time for the install tool is reduced from 60 to 15 minutes. When accessing the install tool via backend user interface, currently logged in backend users have to confirm their user password again in order to get access to the install tool. This process is known as "sudo mode". Standalone install tool is not affected by sudo mode confirmation. This change enforces mitigation as mentioned in TYPO3-CORE-SA-2020-006, see https://typo3.org/security/advisory/typo3-core-sa-2020-006. This change reflects the master branch to be targeted to v11. Testing framework is raised as well to support v11. This also means that all bugfixes now need to target "master, 10.4" or "master, 10.4, 9.5" for critical bugfixes. All features go into master branch again. With this patch, the header comment of php files is automatically added by the php-cs-fixer, which guarantees that its format and place of occurrence remain the same in all files. Files that are copied over from other projects are excluded. Furthermore, files that are kind of inspired by other projects also get the same header comment but may have a second, additional comment explaining its origin. To allow the dashboard to be positioned out of the "Web" main module, we rebuilt the module menu to allow direct top level modules. Additionally, the styling for the module menu was adjusted to allow mobile and keyboard friendly navigation and layout. This patch changes the login flow so it only sets the be_lastLoginProvider cookie if the provider that authenticated the login, is different from the primary login provider configured in TYPO3. The result is that the cookie is not set, as it is not necessary, when the primary provider is used. The introduction package was revamped which brought us some text changes, thus update the installation acceptance tests accordingly. To mitigate an issue with certain databases causing a wrong casing of column names, the DefaultTcaSchema now always quotes all column names with backticks. A new bamboo agent infrastructure has been deployed that significantly changes how tests are executed: The agent docker containers are now "stupid" and no longer bundle specific php versions or daemons. Instead, they can run own containers to start needed daemons for specific jobs and execute needed php commands in ad-hoc containers that provide the required php version. Daemons needed for single jobs are defined in a docker-compose.yml file provided by core itself. This docker-compose.yml file can not be used directly for local test execution since it has to fiddle quite a bit with docker volume mounts, networks and executing users that is specific to the bamboo environment. However, another yml file can be added later to ease local test execution in a similar way. The patch rewrites the bamboo plan pre-merge and nightly specs of core master to use the new infrastructure and brings a couple of minor changes to tests that rely on a running memcached or redis to retrieve the daemon host from an environment variable. There will be separated patche for older core versions. The agent update introduced a higher chromedriver version that caused several acceptance tests to fail. Adjusting wait states brings them back to green. The bamboo plan update now uses a php.ini without xdebug and simplifies the unit test runs in this area, too.
