[FOLLOWUP][BUGFIX] Use bootstrap JS as include instead of AMD
Bootstrap JS is included as AMD module,
thus breaking things like Extension Manager
which was coded in an uncool way, namely
not using API methods due to crappy Fluid
ViewHelpers for the backend.
For the time being and to keep everybody
happy, bootstrapJS is included as simple JS
file, but wrapped within TYPO3.jQuery to
use the previously loaded functionality.

which is now replaced by a jQuery

[TASK] Bring back t3lib_extMgm class alias
t3lib_extMgm::extPath() is used in ext_autoload.php of lots of third
party extensions. Removing this alias lets the core fatal, resulting
in a stalled lock file in early bootstrap. This gives quite some hassle.
To mitigate, t3lib_extMgm class alias is exceptionally added again.

[FEATURE] Load twbs JS and jquery on every BE request
In order to streamline the JavaScript
code and the usage of Twitter Bootstrap
in TYPO3, jQuery and JS of Bootstrap
are included on every request now.
Twitter Bootstrap does not support AMD
modules yet (only with 4.0), so a separate
encapsulated module needs to be built,
which will be updated when bootstrap version
is updated as well.

[TASK] Replace DynTabMenu with jQuery/RequireJS plugin
The DynTabMenu code can be abstracted and
cleaned - done via RequireJS + jQuery.
A completely new jQuery plugin is written that stores the current
selected tab ID in the local storage (available in IE8+) or falls back
to the first tab of the menu item.
The changes separates logic (JS) from structure (HTML), and removes
plain old JS.

[BUGFIX] Wrong hint in deprecation log for usage of feInterface
Any extension may set parameter $addTofeInterface to 1 in the
corresponding ext_tables.php file.
Assumption that only EXT:statictemplates was setting this parameter
makes it hard to fix faulty third-party extensions.

[CLEANUP] Remove dividers2tabs functionality
The default for any installation and the whole
core is to use dividers2tabs enabled by default.
Disabling "dividers2tabs" results in a long list
of input fields, which is not usable today
anymore.
The patch removes the option completely
in FormEngine, and removes the option in
ctrl section of the core tables, meaning
that tabs will also be shown in FormEngine.

Due to the cleanup of the DocumentTemplate
html variants, the Element Browser did not
work as a <body> tag is now rendered.
The solution is to only fetch the

[TASK] Revoke deprecation of makeRedirectUrl()
Method GeneralUtility::makeRedirectUrl() was deprecated with #62794.
The patch intended to deprecate some old mail handling methods, but
makeRedirectUrl() is the general URL shortening feature in the core
that should not be kicked.

The locallang.php handling was deprecated
with the introduction of xlf files in TYPO3 CMS 4.6.
However, it is still used as fallback, although
not used in the TYPO3 Core.
For CMS 7, the option is disabled by default

[BUGFIX] RTE: Multi-line lists in default PageTS configs cause problems
Problem: For the sake of clarity, some of the RTE default PageTS
configurations specify lists as multi-line values. If any of these is
ever json-encoded, as some are, for use in JavaScript, some entries in
the list will start with a line feed.
Solution: Use addToList syntax for each additional line.

There are still some leftover calls to save information

[BUGFIX] RTE.default.buttons.blockstyle not configurable
Problem: Data from the TextStyle combobox,derived form the textstyle
configuration, appears in the BlockStyle combobox.
Solution:
1. Load the global classes configuration from PageTSconfig only once.
2. Force the initialization of the parsed classes object in the
HTMLArea.CSS.Parser class constructor. (ExtJS bug?)

[TASK] Cleanup Lowlevel DatabaseIntegrityView
The function menu is calculated twice, one occurence is
removed. Furthermore, the two userTS options disableTopMenu
and disableTopCheckboxes are removed without substitution.
They were never documented anywhere and are not very useful,
setting disableTopMenu even rendered the module unusable.

[TASK] Add hhvm to travis
Running the test suite with hhvm shows some code smells and
actual issues the core with this interpreter. While unit tests
are in a fairly good shape already, functionals are still
totally broken.
Having hhvm in our standard test suite in travis as
"allowed failure" is a first step to raise awareness towards
this topic.

[BUGFIX] Extension installer: Handle multiple blanks
The parser of the ext_tables.sql file removes double blanks
from the input line - but only once. So if there are multiple
blanks at least double blanks remain and irritate the later
comparison about whether the field definition is different.

Remove attribute data-htmlarea-file-table from RTE
Images in RTE are now Processed Files. As a result
it makes little sense to store the table name of a File
since "sys_file" is the unique possible value.
The change-set removes attribute "data-htmlarea-file-table"
from the RTE, e.g.:

[FEATURE] Add dependencies between classes in RTE
To comply with complex CSS frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap, we need
to add multiple classes on the same element. This adds complexity for
authors. With this new dependency feature, users just have to select
one style instead of many styles.
The syntax of this new property is:
RTE.classes.[ *classname* ] {
.requires = list of class names; list of classes that are
required by the class;
if this property, in combination with others, produces a
circular relationship, it is ignored;
when a class is added on an element, the classes it
requires are also added, possibly recursively;
when a class is removed from an element, any
non-selectable class that is not required by any of the
classes remaining on the element is also removed.

[BUGFIX] RTE: Inconsistent delete behaviour
In Firefox, depending on how we delete something in RTE, we get
different results.
This change makes the results consistent and identical in all browsers.

[TASK] Replace clearcache spinner with FA icon
Currently, the spinning wheel displayed after clearing the cache is a
graphic larger than the used font. This caused a "jumping" of the
topbar.
Additionally, adjust the text-align to avoid wobbling of fa-spinner.

[BUGFIX] ADOdb: Set charset properly
Using ADOdb, the charset might not be set properly, since every
database driver needs to define their own "SetCharSet" method. Every
driver extends from ADOConnection. "SetCharSet" of this class just
returns FALSE.

[CLEANUP] Code Cleanup of AbstractPlugin
AbstractPlugin serves as a base for non-extbase plugins.
In order to allow for a notice free environment and no code warnings
within TYPO3 CMS AbstractPlugin should:
* provide a central property for Database access (DatabaseConnection)
* provide a central property to access GLOBALS['TSFE']
These properties will then aid both us in the CMS core development as
well as extension authors by supplying code completion in IDEs like
PHPStorm or alike.
